This policy explains how arace processes the personal data you give us through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

3. Purposes and legal basis

5. Recipients and international transfers

We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers that supply us with technical services, such as hosting, email or management tools, who act as processors under contract, and with the authorities when the law requires it. If a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we will make sure the safeguards required by the GDPR are in place.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@arace.es and stating which right you are exercising. We may ask you to prove your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
